I say mascot lightly because of what happened to Crash and Spyro. Mine would be either Sly Cooper or Ratchet

If Final Fantasy and or KH characters count, I'd say Sora, or maybe Cloud. I like Crash though, but since PS3, Sony's been going downhill, I will remain loyal to PS2 though.
